So what's this all about

My New Year's Resolution for 2011 was to lose weight (amongst other things). So, in January I started doing Bootcamp and committing to exercising more. I soon learnt that I was getting fitter, but was clearly eating too much because the weight wasn't moving. I started watching what I was eating, and things started to happen. To help prod me along in May I signed up for the 12 Week Body Transformation - a program by Michelle Bridges. The 12wbt was, and is, so much more than an online program to help people to lose weight. I've learnt so much more than I could have ever expected. This blog is about me documenting what I've learnt, and where I want to go now.
