Goals for 2012

Goals for 2012 are still in the making, but here's how they are shaping up:
  • survive a 20 day trek to Everest Base camp in April
  • enjoy a 20 day trek to Everest Base, and not let poor fitness ruin the experience.
Short term goals - prior to 12wbt round 1 commencing mid February:
  • reduce body weight to 66 kg and maintain it
  • commit to exercising regularly, and incorporating more weights sessions that the past
  • commit to running regularly, with at least one ~10 km run per week.
